Frequently asked questions

What information do I need?

Your birth date and gender are required for supported chart calculations. Birth time is optional, but missing it limits some calculations, particularly Zi Wei Dou Shu.

Are the readings guaranteed to be accurate?

No. Chart calculations follow the implemented traditional systems, while interpretations are exploratory and can vary. Birth Oracle does not predict future events with scientific certainty.

Why is a forecast or chart unavailable?

Some calculations require birth time or valid input data. When information is missing or unsupported, the tool may return a partial result or an explanation rather than inventing chart details.

Can I request information about my data?

Yes. See the Privacy Policy and email mypiesay@gmail.com. ChatGPT conversation history is managed separately through OpenAI.
